Jackson Audio Products come with a 5 year warranty! All that is needed for warranty coverage is the original purchase receipt from Jackson Audio, or one of our Authorized Dealers!

We do offer support and repairs on products that are out of warranty coverage as well. Please read over our warranty/repair policy to find out how to get set up for any needed repairs. Please reach out to support@jacksonaudio.net with any questions regarding issues with pedals or warranty questions. 

All repairs now require a Repair Authorization Form. Please reach out to us to get approved for a repair, and we will send you the form if needed!
